Quantity Surveyor - Remote with Travel (Covering East Midlands) - £51,500 - £63,000

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that construction projects and completed within budget, on time, ad to the required quality standards.

In order to be successful in this role you will ideally of had experience in cost management, tender preparation, financial reporting, Risk Management to name a few area's.

What we're looking for:
Experience in NEC Contract (A,C,E)
Risk Management experience
Commercial Acumen and Supply Chain Management
Creation and Validation of internal reporting systems
Experienced QS preferably civil engineering
Experience in both pre/post contract award.
Full Driving License 
Area coverage: East Midlands
Please note you may be involved in other projects that cover alternative geographical locations.
