    As a Mechanical Engineer, I always wanted to work for a company which was focused at not only delivering value for customers but also contributing towards the betterment of the environment. When I came across the vacancy in the hydrogen innovation team, I was motivated to apply due to the scheme’s strong technical focus and the exciting opportunities it offered in materials engineering - a field closely aligned with my academic background. I wanted to be involved in projects focusing on hydrogen and cleaner energy solutions, thereby making a meaningful contribution to the environment. 

    People at National Gas have been very supportive and friendly from day 1, which helped me acclimatise better to the organisation and enjoy my time so far at the graduate scheme.
