We have a structured careers framework to help guide you through your career, and regularly updated courses to support your journey at National Gas. This includes: 

Career development programmes, such as leadership development programmes (increasing self-awareness, helping to manage teams, and developing your people skills) and senior leadership programmes (making the move from operational to strategic thinking).
