Regional Integrity Manager – West Region
Location: Bristol with regular travel
About the Role
As the Regional Integrity Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers, driving the design development process for electrical, control, and instrumentation (EC&I) projects. You’ll ensure engineering excellence, champion innovation, and deliver value through smart, risk-based decisions all while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the design development process for EC&I projects, from scope definition to conceptual design.
- Managing and mentoring a team of up to 10 engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing technical query reviews, process safety assessments, design reviews, and site inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with quality management systems (including ISO9001), investigating non-conformances, and implementing lessons learned.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, contractors, consultants, and various business units.
- Planning and delivering multiple concurrent projects, from initial scope through to commissioning and close-out.
- Proposing design development options and supporting campaign decision panels.

Key Requirements & Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in introducing and managing design development processes for engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with previous management experience.
- Deep understanding of engineering design processes, ideally within gas transmission or similar sectors.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on value, innovation, and compliance.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
