About the Role

Are you passionate about driving performance and building strong partnerships in the construction industry? We’re looking for a Contract Partner Performance Lead to join our team at National Gas, where you’ll play a key role in managing and improving the performance of our key contractors and supply chain partners.

In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing contract performance data, leading portfolio-level contractor engagement, and collaborating with procurement to ensure effective workbook allocation. You’ll also travel to meet with key partners, build strong relationships, and influence both internal and external stakeholders to deliver industry-leading performance.

Day to day activities

• Ensuring timely and accurate collection of contract KPI data to support workbook allocation.
• Collaborating with procurement to manage workbook allocation processes.
• Leading regular performance reviews with key contractors and aggregating project issues.
• Providing strategic updates to internal stakeholders on portfolio performance.
• Developing long-term strategies to improve supply chain performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience with NEC3 / NEC4 or other standard forms of construction contracts.
• Proven background in supply chain or contractor performance management.
• Strong skills in strategic contract management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive performance improvements.
