About the role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll support lower-value and lower-risk regional sourcing and contract management activities across assigned spend categories. Working closely with the Supply Chain & Commercial team for the East region, you'll assist in procurement processes, data analysis, supplier engagement, and contract performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone looking to build foundational experience in supply chain operations within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting sourcing events and contract management activities.
- Assisting with market research, data analysis, and tender preparation.
- Managing contract renewals and performance tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with supply chain policies and regulations.
- Running spend reports and summarising insights.
- Carrying out expediting activities for procured products.
- Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintaining and updating procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Sphera).
- Collaborating with central supply chain teams to align strategies.
About you
You'll be a delivery-focused individual with developing commercial and category knowledge, keen to grow your skills in procurement and contract management. You'll be confident working independently on lower-risk tasks, have a collaborative approach, and bring strong organisational and analytical skills to support the wider team.
Key requirements & experience
- Understanding of sourcing and contract management processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong data analysis and insight generation skills
- Competence in planning and organisation
- Education or training in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - desirable
