About the role

What you'll be doing
- NEC4 Contract Management: Administer and manage contracts under NEC4 Option C, ensuring compliance and value delivery.
- Forecasting & Financial Control: Lead cost forecasting, budget tracking, and commercial reporting to support project delivery.
- Main Contractor Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to manage contractor relationships and ensure commercial alignment.
- Risk & Change Management: Maintain risk registers, manage change control, and support dispute resolution.
- Mentorship & Teamwork: Share your knowledge with junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
About you
You’re a confident communicator with a sharp commercial mind and a hands-on approach. You bring solid experience in NEC4 Option C and thrive in fast-paced, contractor-led environments. You’re passionate about delivering quality outcomes and supporting others to succeed.
Key Requirements & Experience
Essential:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc).
- Experience working with Main Works Contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC4 Option C, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Proven ability to manage contracts
Desirable:
- Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS).
