We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Performance Officer to support a variety of projects including new connections, PARCA applications, diversion works, and modifications to existing connection contracts.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of project milestones while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes proactively managing contract activities, resolving process issues, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

This role can be based in either our Warwick HQ or London office (with bimonthly travel to the alternate office), and offers hybrid working.

About the role
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of a broad range of contract management activities across Diversions, Contract Lifecycle, and Connections.
- Lead regular customer engagement meetings to review project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the resolution of project-related issues and blockers.
- Escalate project concerns appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate and participate in regular cross-functional meetings, building strong relationships with teams including Construction, Asset Management, and the System Operator to ensure process deliverables are achieved.
- Monitor and reconcile project finances at key trigger points, under the guidance of the relevant contract manager.
- Support the preparation of the business’s position on code modifications (specific to Gas Distribution Networks).
About you
- Proven experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of lifecycle processes.
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering high levels of satisfaction.
- Experience working directly with external clients and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to apply business acumen to project delivery.
- Solid project management experience, including planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
