Customer & Stakeholder Analyst - 12 Month FTC - Warwick or London (2-3 days per week onsite)

This role supports the delivery of key programmes and stakeholder initiatives by ensuring effective planning, reporting, and coordination across teams. The role will work closely with project leads, external stakeholders, and internal functions to ensure that programmes are well-governed, risks are managed, and engagement activities are aligned and impactful.

About the role

Working within the business development, customer and stakeholder team, key accountabilities include:

 

  • Programme Coordination
    • Support the planning and delivery of key programmes and stakeholder initiatives. Maintain programme documentation including POAPs, RAID logs, and reporting packs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Support
    • Assist in the preparation and coordination of stakeholder engagement activities, including events, consultations, and follow-up actions. Ensure internal alignment and clarity of purpose across engagement themes.
    • The successful candidate is also expected to lead selected external engagements (supported by leadership and when appropriate)
  • Reporting and Insight
    • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and updates for senior leadership. Analyse programme and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work with colleagues across commercial, regulatory, strategy, and technical teams to ensure dependencies and deliverables are clearly understood and tracked.
  • Governance and Risk Management
    • Support the identification and tracking of programme risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate workshops or working groups to resolve challenges and align priorities.

About you

•    Experience supporting programme or project delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
•    Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and build strong internal relationships.
•    Good understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and experience supporting engagement activities or events.
•    Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to track progress and inform decision-making.
