HR Systems Administrator, Warwick: £31,745-£37,347 plus benefits

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors system maintenance and ongoing testing for HR applications; and supporting with general People Systems queries.

About the role:

 

This role is responsible for testing, maintenance and user guidance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (including Time Off), Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Learning modules and other integrated applications.

 

  • Responding to ServiceNow tickets in relation to People Systems, including all modules of SAP SuccessFactors and related applications.
  • Working with a third-party application support team and the wider team to manage system configuration, role-based permissions, data integrity, and releases.
  • Monitoring resolution of defects providing functional testing support.
  • Monitoring data quality and completeness, conducting regular on-going data validation.
  • Other system administration activities, including Learning, Performance, Listening Surveys and more.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing for designated system changes and defect fixes in line with scope defined by People Systems Specialists.
  • Developing and maintaining work instructions, user guides and operating procedures.
  • Facilitate power user group sessions, training and system updates to improve solution adoption.

About you:

 

  • HRIS administration experience, ideally using SAP SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience with reporting and data analysis preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Visio or other similar software
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills 
  • Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills.
