HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors)

Warwick based, hybrid working

Full time, permanent

£40,000-£47,000 + bens

The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and ongoing testing and improvements for HR applications.  Working as part of our specialist People Systems team, in partnership with two other SuccessFactors specialists, you will be responsible for testing and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) including Time Off, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, Learning modules and other integrated applications.

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Working with a third-party application support team and the People Systems Specialists to manage system configuration, role-based permissions, data integrity, and releases.

 

  • Monitoring resolution of defects providing functional testing support where necessary.

 

  • Other system administration activities, including:
  • Learning: e.g. managing assignment profiles, learning item creation and managing waiting lists;
  • Performance: e.g. initiating forms;
  • Colleague Listening: e.g. initiating employee listening surveys;
  • Other: e.g. Data uploads, Flexible Benefits updates etc.

 

  • Executing User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for designated system changes and defect fixes in line with scope defined by People Systems Specialists.

 

  • Developing and maintaining work instructions, user guides and operating procedures.

 

  • Support the People Systems Specialists to facilitate power user group sessions, training and system updates to improve solution adoption.

 

About you:

 

  • HRIS administration experience required, ideally using SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central (EC)

 

  • Reporting and data analysis experience

 

  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred

 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize

 

  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio or other similar software

 

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills

 

  • Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills are essential
