Head of HR Technology and Transformation
Contract type: 12 Month FTC
Salary: £85,000-£100,000 doe
Location: Hybrid - Warwick (on-site 3 days per week)

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR Technology & Transformation to bolster our leadership team to lead the transformation of our People processes, technology, reporting, and analytics. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and enhancing the employee, candidate, and manager experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the development and implementation of the People Technology Strategy and People Data and Analytics Strategy.
- Collaborate with the wider People function, internal Technology team, and external vendors to design, develop, and implement People Technology and Data solutions.
- Drive innovation across the People Function, leveraging technology to transform HR products and services.
- Prioritize and deliver solution backlogs for People Technology, managing relationships with vendors to maximize delivery of enhancements and change requests.
- Lead the development of organization and People data and analytics, establishing appropriate measures to monitor and drive improved performance.
- Provide effective leadership, direction, and support to direct reports, fostering a high-performance and engagement culture.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Visionary leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong background in digital strategy, IT optimization, and cybersecurity awareness.
- Understand and ideally have experience within a regulated and high governance technology environment.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and change leadership.
- Project and time management skills, ideally in an Agile environment.
- CIPD qualifications are desirable, along with a background or experience working in HR.
- Expertise in digital platforms, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage complex IT projects and drive organizational innovation.
- Strong commercial skills including contract management experience.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
- Excellent teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.

Key Requirements and Experience:
- A tech-based degree (e.g. Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology) or postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or MSc in HRM or Digital Transformation is desirable.
- Deep experience with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management
