People Systems and Analytics Manager

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid - Warwick (3 days per week)

Salary: £65,000-£70,000

About the role:

This role will play a critical part in leading the maturation of our HR systems. Working closely with the Head of HR Technology & Transformation this role will lead the team with a focus on the delivery of our HR technology and analytics roadmap. This will involve:

  • Driving the iplementation of new releases and modules to optimise our SuccessFactors based HR systems.
  • Collaborating with the People Leadership Team and other key stakeholfers to understand their system needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Leading a team comprised of Specialists, an Analyst and an Administrator in the People Systems and Operations team, supporting the development of a high-performing and engaged culture.
  • Developing existing metrics and KPIs, establishing appropriate measures to monitor and drive performance, all through the lens of enhancing the candidate, employee and manager experience.
  • Driving compliance, governance and risk management across the team, maintaining a strong control framework for People Systems, and ensuring we fulfil our obligations to our people and our business. 

About you:

You're a strong leader and manager with experience of driving best practice within a multidiscipline team.

You're excellent at stakeholder management and taking non-technical people on the journey to understanding the process and ideal outcome.

You're a SuccessFactors guru with experience across the full suite, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Compensation and Talent.

You will have strong commercial skills, including contract management experience.

You have outstanding attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills

You enjoy working in a collborative wider team environment.
