Project Delivery Risk Manager - Warwick (hybrid) - £58,000 to £72,000

About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Project Delivery Risk Manager to drive the evolution of risk, help us navigate uncertainty and drive smarter decisions across our most critical projects.

 

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Risk Engineers, you’ll shape and embed best-in-class risk management practices across major infrastructure programmes.

 

In this role you will:

  • Lead the identification, analysis, and mitigation of complex project risks across our portfolio.
  • Define and evolve our risk strategy, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve data quality and risk visibility.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers, contingency plans, and advanced risk models.
  • Present clear, data-driven risk insights to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk processes, tools, and governance.
  • Mentor and lead a team of 8 direct reports and 11 indirect reports, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

To be successful in this role, the skills and experiences you'll have are:

  • Proven experience in project delivery risk management within large-scale infrastructure, construction or utility projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of risk tools and techniques (e.g. ARM, Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
  • Working knowledge of Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QRSA).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with integrating risk into cost, schedule, and scope baselines.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
