Reward & Benefits Manager – Warwick, hybrid - £65,000-£72,000 + bens

As a key member of the Reward team, this position is critical to help shape and deliver our reward framework to help us attract, retain and motivate. Working closely with the HR team and the business, you’ll advise on the most effective reward and benefits packages and deliver annual pay and benefits cycles, plus get involved in other exciting projects as we continue to grow!

About the role:
Building strong, collaborative relationships across our HR Function and the wider business, in a small well-functioning team of 3, you’ll be a trusted and valued subject matter expert providing timely and commercial appropriate reward and benefits solutions, including:
- The delivery and communication of our benefits programme, annual benefits enrolment window and total reward statements
- Work closely with pensions, wellbeing, DEI and fleet/procurement on policy and communication
- Manage benefits vendors, including negotiating, scoping and owning the effective vendor services alongside Procurement
- Oversee the operation, development and communication of the employee recognition scheme
- Support the annual pay and bonus cycles
- Support job evaluation and benchmarking activities (ensuring we are competitive externally and consistent across the business)
- Provide analytical Reward and benefits insights to the business based on both internal and external data
- Review and advise/present approaches to deliver strategic change in the reward and benefits framework
- Ensure that the reward offering is underpinned with appropriate governance, policies and processes, which are transparent and equitable
About you:
You have an in-depth of understanding of all aspects of Reward, and significant experience managing annual reward & benefits cycles (e.g. running flexible benefit schemes and online platforms). You also have:
- Experience of managing contracts and renewals
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with a commercial awareness and ability to influence all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical skills (advanced MS Excel) and excellent attention to detail
- HR Systems experience (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
- In-depth understanding of concepts, trends and practices in reward and benefit activities
- Focus on continuous improvement
- If you are Korn Ferry Hay trained for job evaluation too, this would be very well regarded.

- Salary £65,000 - £72,000 DOE
- Annual bonus of 15% based on personal and company performance.
