Energy Transition Stakeholder Officer, 12 month FTC, £40,000-£45,000, Warwick/ London

About the role:

 

As Energy Transition Stakeholder Officer you will:

 

 

•            Develop clear insight analysis output narratives, joining external engagement with stakeholders (such as DESNZ and Ofgem) or/and partners and customers. 

 

•            Present deep dive analysis to programme boards on customer segments, specific customers or themes. 

 

•            Proactively identify and share insights of key customers within molecular markets, focusing on the “so what” for our business.

 

•            Designing 1-1 interviews, Workshops, Surveys, Events as part of our broader engagement.

 

•            Internal relationship management.

 

•            Lite insight reporting through CRM system.

 

•            Outstanding communication skills, ensuring internal contracting to the importance of stakeholder engagement, but also capable of deliver complex messages to large external audiences while establishing rapport and trust. 

 

•            Good analytical and data analysis, establishing trends in stakeholder quantitative and qualitative feedback from stakeholder events.

 

About you:

 

 

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, or strategic partnerships, within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior external stakeholders, including government, industry leaders, and regional alliances. 

 

  • Strategic thinking and communication skills, ability to translate external insights into actionable internal plans. 

 

  • Proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, in regulated or policy-driven contexts.

 

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and contributing to long-term strategic planning.  

 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. 

 

What we can offer you:

 

This is a 12 month contract, to start as soon as possible (Warwick/ London based, with hybrid working)

 

  • Salary £40,000-£45,000 dependent on experience
